Job Shop Machining
We have radial arm drills with a 3 inch drilling capacity and our 2 pallet CNC horizontal mills are ideal for running production work. With our CNC and manual machining services, we can accommodate all sizes as per client requirements. We provide Valve/Actuator adaptors and brackets for all makes and models in addition to performing repairs.
Our experienced staff can custom manufacture any mechanical parts as required by our clients and we provide oilfield equipment repair services at the most reasonable rates.
Fabrication Shop
The MTech Fabrication shop is set-up to get jobs done efficiently. We have a CNC Plasma and torch cutting table to cut up to 4-1/2" thick plates in any shape.
We provide complete welding services at our facility or portable welding services at our clients’ facility. We also supply MIG, TIG, and ARC Welding, CNC Plasma, Torch Cutting, Cutting 4-1/2" thick, MIG Welding,TIG Welding and ARC Welding.

Millwright Services

CNC Machining & Manufacturing
MTech Industries provides CNC Machining and Manufacturing for upto 36 inches in diameter parts.
MTech Industries Machine Shop is equipped with current CNC equipment to handle any CNC Machining and Manufacturing job.
We have turning centers, vertical milling centers, horizontal milling centers, CNC Bandsaws, CNC Plasma tables, and CNC Waterjet cutters to complete our clients work.

PRESSURE TESTING
MTech Industries provides hydro and hydraulic oil pressure tests upto 10,000 psi. We will design and manufacture adapter plates etc. to perform testing if standard API flanges are not used.
