Tubing Slips
HIGHLIGHTED FEATURES:
- Mitey Titan Tubing Slips are of very compact design
- 2-Way hydraulic slips provide slip operation for both pipe light and pipe heavy modes
- Hydraulic cylinders machined to hold slip dies and travel inside a carrier with stationary piston & ram for safety
- Total slip height is only 7 inches
- Load Capacity: 50,000 lbs with 2.5 min safety factors
- Mitey Titan wedge style slips as shown below are a patent pending slip design with 4 slides and 4 shells
- Wedge style slips come with option of gate and top plate
- All Mitey Titan slips use standard off-the-shelf dies
- Slip Rotator also available with Rotating Head RS Stripping Head
- All Materials come with MTR's, a Letter of Compliance and Pressure Test Certificates
- Mitey Titan tubing slips are designed for use with Mitey Titan Compact Snubbing units to keep overall width of unit to fit inside most rig floors but can be customized to work for any other slip application
