HIGHLIGHTED FEATURES OF PUSH/PULL SNUBBING UNITS ARE:
- Push/Pull units are floor mounted on top of rotary table or stack mounted using expandable spools as per client requirements and come with complete One Ton Truck or Trailer Mounted Unit and is less than 3.5 feet tall in total and 26.5 inches wide
- Patent pending compact jack design comes with hydraulic speed cushion on both sides
- Custom built flat deck with fluid containment installed to minimize uncontrolled spills
- Diamond Grip expanded metal installed on deck for operator safety and anti-skid
- Basic Hydraulics to Control Jack and 2 Sets of Slips
- Portable Operator Console can be set-up on truck deck, Rig Floor, or any safe location.
- Uses Truck's Engine for Hydraulic Pump via a drive shaft splitter gear box (Wet-Kit) or Hydraulic Power unit for Trailer Mounted Unit
- Two Pipe Vises at the rear end of flat deck and Tool Boxes as required
- A-Frame and pull-back winch used while lifting equipment off the truck or trailer deck
- Jack comes with Swivel hoist rings for pick-up from traveler plate
- Spreader bar available for use while picking up units off the deck
- OH&S approved stairs and handrails on both sides of deck
- Comes with complete expandable hydraulic or screw spool with mounting fixtures
- Mounting fixture/cradle from complete unit assembly storage while traveling
