Dual RS Stripping Head Flanged or With Union
HIGHLIGHTED FEATURES:
- Dual RS System comes with two RS bags Installed into the RS Body through a two-piece threaded cap that allows external differential pressure in the upper cavity (i.e. if lower cavity at 1,500 PSI,~ 750 PSI in upper cavity)
- Sealing Capacity: 1,800 Psi Dynamic and 3,000 Psi Static with Dual RS System
- Available with Flanged Connection or Quick Union Connect as per client requirements
- The bag is sealed on ID of body and OD of bag with three groove system and cap seals become secondary seals
- The ID of the Mitey Titan RS bags also have a three seal system for positive seal on tubing in all applications
- Primary seal contact wider than 1 inch and secondary seals activated at low pressure to create a positive seal in low pressure applications
- RS Stripping Head with integrated quick union connection allows use of Lubricators or Flanged connection
- Bolt-on RS cap makes it easier to change RS seals
- Stainless Steel taper core is more resistant to turning bags inside-out
- No welding performed on Mitey Titan RS stripping Head
- Rotating Head RS Stripping Heads available
- RS Dual RS Head accepts RS bags available in the market but is most efficient with Mitey Titan RS bags
- Standard 1” NPT or Custom bleed-off equalization ports
