Catwalk Style Pipe Rack
MTech Industries is a leading manufacturer of the Catwalk Style Pipe Rack Units with extendable stairs and hand railed access to work basket. Additionally they feature extendable V-Door to guide tubulars while they are picked up from the deck and an extendable Slide for emergency escape
HIGHLIGHTED FEATURES:
- Patent pending catwalk can be pulled behind a One Ton crew Truck
- Catwalk can be added to any Standalone Snubbing Unit, Service Rig or Drilling Rig, whenever a catwalk is not pre-existing
- Reduces hazards with elevated work platforms
- Double acting hydraulic cylinder used to extend/retract V-Door and Slide together
- Pull back winches to guide telescoping in and out of all components
- Quick Rig-up time, less than 30 minutes in total from the time of arrival on site
- Height adjustment from 30 to 45 feet to reach any work platform
- Pipe Rack Jacks can be hydraulically controlled as an option
